My daughter has Chronic Fatigue and is often beset with brain fog. I'm very familiar with it. I have it too sometimes, but I don't have a medical reason for it, it just happens.
Fibromyalgia and Lupus are pretty tough burdens to bear. I wish you all the best.

Thank you, Sandi. I deal with the flares as best I can, although I had a really difficult flare that lasted about a year. Trouble is, when you have these physical issues plus depression and anxiety . . . life can be a really tough challenge. Thanks for your empathy!

I have a few friends who have fibro, so the brain fog's not new to me. Happy to be your friend :) All the best people are weird :) xx

Thank you, Sara! Happy to be your friend, too. I guess I've always been weird . . . it's just progressing! However, I will wear that moniker proudly!
Yeah, I'm weird and I know it; I'm weird and I own it!!

I'm 69 and am often confused so I understand completely. I like to think we are unique not weird. Keep them guessing is my motto.
